I believe in serving whole grains, lots of fruit and veggies, with an emphasis on organics.  All lunches are vegan, and contain no trans fats, artificial colours or flavours.  Each lunch is served with the option of organic full fat yogurt or other natural yogurts without artificial sweeteners, flavours or colours.  
     Spring water is served throughout the day. Soy or almond milk is used in smoothies and 100% natural juices are served rarely.  For babies, I prepare my own baby food using natural ingredients.
